Astro-Bad service

Hi, gooday to all and thanks to dropby here my on my blog.I would like to share my experience which was certaintly not entertained at all by astro customer service and its technical assistants. In fact, Astro doing business only to gain their revenues but custome service part totally zero.
My technical issue which was complained on March 24 2013 haven't rectify till today.Not receiving any call from them pertaining my complaint status.Really frustrated!!! Kindly refer below Chronology.The deal between me &and astro.
MAR23rd- Astro installer came to my house and installed beyond decoder.

MAR24th-Call astro cs to make a complaint -:
1)Their sales person didn't advice me to check whether High Definition (HD) supported or no at my apt centralised dish befor the installation.Unfortunately the apt where m I staying not supporting hd cable.Only discovered after the installer installed beyond hd.Asking to terminate the hd service to avoid paying additional charges for hd.

2)The installer did not do clean job.He didn't connect the signal cable properly wherby he just join both cable from centralised dish and the cable from decoder inside the house. Cover it with black tape.Should use connector to join it.(Refer attached picture below)
3)Few channels such as Tv1,Tv2,Tv3,Ch 705,Ch202,Ch802 etc unable to view as the tv screen show this message(refer attached pic).
The cs person listen to my complaint and reply that they will investigate with the sales person and come back to me ASAP (for my 1st complaint) And for both 2nd and 3rd complaint,they send a report to technical dept and they will send technician in 48hours to my home for some troubleshooting purpose.
After 48hours(2days later),I called astro cust service to confirm the time of their technician presence to make myself available at that time at my house.I make a call their astro hotline and press 1,4,6 and 2 to speak to their cust service.After a few minute listening to their playback music while waiting for their cust service rep came back from shitting to answer my call,I told her that I wanted to know what is the status of my complaint and why you promised me that the technician will be contact me in 48hours but didn't received any call.And my technical problem been dragging?When their cs person heard the word(Technician),suddenly she told me that myself should press some other configuration to connect to technical department... Cs-Oh encik ada masalah teknikal ye,ini cust service so encik tunggu sekejap dia talian ye, saya akan sambung talian ke menu utama kembali dan encik cuba tekan 2 (a few configuration cant remember).I told her nevermind its my mistake to speak to you that helpless for my query u just pass the line to technical and let me speak to them. Cs-oh mintak maaf encik,kami x dpt buat sambungan ke sana sebab encik dh buat complaint sblm ni so en kena call direct mereka.
Wtf,see how they are annoying customer. I dont understand what the fcking procedure these dumb ass are folowing....Felt disgraceful and hang up, and noticed Rm8 been sucked from my phone credit.Hope astro will call me and sort this problem out,but they didn't.
The next day itself ,I called them again to find out what is my complaint status...and their cs person explained to me that maybe my signal should be the reason for the interuption and may caused by the apt centralised dish.Answer her back whatever it is you should send your technical assistance out her to check and find out.And how u people simply can hunch by by saying maybe.Gosh, It was totally  "pissed me off"with their mannerism in communication and efficiency of  problem solving.
Until today they did not call me at all to sort my Complaint. Wondering how astro claimed to be the best broadcasting co in s.e.a or asea maybe, if their service was really suck.???

P/s astro you  got 24hours time to settle my problem otherwise there will be possibilities of facing much more consequences.
